2024 New Year, New Mindset
It’s fun to take a brief look back on the past year of my business. Last year was jam packed with life events and business events, too. It seems like I tried a lot of products but there were a few standouts. Let’s look at some highlights from the year.

2023 In Review:

Was a part of some great mentorship programs that helped me as a business owner and person.
Became a Certified Mindset Coach.
Decided to niche down to coaching hairstylists.
Changed my business name to Caitlin Emily Anne.
Started working in a salon again after years away.
Life:
As you know, the last few years I shared my journey as I healed from a toxic and traumatic relationship. In 2023 I committed to taking action so things would be different.
I found a new full-time job with a healthier environment where I feel less stressed on a daily basis. (And increased my income by $20k!)
I found the love of my life and am experiencing a love I didn’t think was possible for me.
I made breakthroughs with my mental health and mindset that allowed me to dig deeper and start to believe in myself again.
I found mentors + cohorts that pour into me and helped reignite my passion and purpose.
During those rough years when I didn’t see an end to my fear, I begged for a purpose from all the pain. I knew something good had to come from it all. I’m so thankful and proud of myself for not giving up.
As 2023 ended, I felt a new level of myself unlock and my dream life feels possible again. I felt even more passionate about sharing my experiences to help women.
(If you’re in the midst of struggle – please know there is hope. Don’t hesitate to reach out for help. Persevere and keep your faith. What you’re going through won’t be for nothing.)
For 2024:
My word of the year is trust. Trust myself. Trust God’s plan for me. Trust it’s all working out. Trust that I’m becoming who I’m meant to be.
For me, 2024 is about overcoming my own limiting beliefs and building my dream life. Trust is key to making this happen.

- Taking a 2nd chance at my dream career- doing hair.
- Modifying and strengthening my confidence coaching services and offers. If you aren’t familiar with my offers – see more here. Currently, my plan is to offer more digital products and 1:1 coaching while I work in the salon and my full-time office job.
- Continuing to fight the stigma against mental health and help women see their potential.
- Being a part of mentorships and training to help me be the best coach and business owner I can be.
