Apps I Use Every Day as a Booth Rental Hairstylist

Having the right tools in place frees up my energy to focus on what I do best: creating stunning hair and making my clients feel their absolute best. To keep my business running smoothly, I rely on a handful of must-have apps that simplify my workflow and keep me organized.

Here are my go-to apps every booth rental hairstylist needs:

Canva: For any and all graphics and content. I do have the pro version because I use a lot of the pro features regularly. It’s really helpful for me to have my branding fonts, colors, and all my images in one place. I make my own templates and copy them to use for new content.

Square: Appointments? Payments? Client Reminders? Square keeps it all in one place and running smoothly.

Instagram: I’ve used all the other platforms, but I always go back to Instagram. I find I connect better with others there. The variety of features keeps it fun. I do share my content to other places like Facebook and Pinterest, though.

Preview: I’ve been using Preview for years to see what my feed will look like, save the caption, save hashtags, and schedule my posts. (There are lots of other features that I don’t even use.)

I like having all of those things in one place and being able to post directly from the app.
