Lessons Learned and Building Momentum for 2025
It’s fun to take a brief look back on the past year of my business. Last year was jam packed with life events and business events, too. It seems like I tried a lot of products but there were a few standouts. Let’s look at some highlights from the year.

Business Big Events:
I was a part of some great mentorship programs that helped me as a business owner and person.
Refined and built out my program to help hairstylists build their business that combines my salon expertise, professional insight, and signature methods.
I started my Arbonne business in July.
I started working at a new salon in October.
I went to a business retreat in Cincinnati with my Arbonne team (you know I’m a sucker for personal development!)
Life:
I got to spend a full year with the love of my life. Last year, I shared that I was experiencing a love I didn’t think was possible for me. I’m so happy that I found it. M is my favorite person and it’s such a blessing to do life with him. His family treats me like one of their own, and he gets along with my family. All the heart eyes.
Like last year, I made breakthroughs with my mental health and mindset that allowed me to dig deeper and start to believe in myself again.
And I found mentors + cohorts that pour into me and helped reignite my passion and purpose.
During those rough years when I didn’t see an end to my fear, I begged for a purpose from all the pain. I knew something good had to come from it all. I’m so thankful and proud of myself for not giving up. I will continue to use that time in my life as motivation.
As 2024 ended, I was inspired to take massive action towards my goals and am excited to see what happens in 2025.
If you’re in the midst of struggle – please know there is hope. Don’t hesitate to reach out for help. Persevere and keep your faith. What you’re going through won’t be for nothing.
For 2025:
My word of the year is momentum. Momentum symbolizes building on the foundation I’ve created, inspires action to move forward, aligns with my goals, and feels empowering.
It’s a reminder to keep showing up, taking bold steps, and trusting the process as I scale my business and live out my purpose.

- Continuing to fight the stigma against mental health and help women see their potential.
- Being a part of mentorships and training to help me be the best coach, mentor, and business owner I can be.
